职位描述 1.协助零售/交付终端设计负责人，基于公司品牌战略、线下销售战略，完成终端店面的设计建设工作； 2.支持线下终端SI标准设计、升级；配合销售部门，完成基于SI的终端店面建店的设计延展、流程把控； 3.把控标准件、模块性物料的设计、材质工艺、打样、批量质量等； 4.根据管理者安排的任务按时完成设计任务，提高工作效率。 5.主导团队任务分工与绩效考核，优化工作流程，提高整体效率和质量。 6.拥有领导力、创造性思维和问题解决能力，并始终倡导设计完整性； 7.能快速响应不断变化的业务条件、新的设计需求或材料开发，必要时调整设计策略或在不同区域使用替代材料； 8.与施工、采购、销售和运营团队合作，参与品牌会议，进行方案和运营评审，了解品牌需求； 9.识别并提出解决方案，处理可能影响项目进度、成本或设计完整性的问题； 10.通过达成目标交付成果、提升店铺设计水平，并满足所有既定的截止时间和业务目标，为销售团队目标的实现做出贡献。 1. Assist the design director of retail store design to complete the design and construction of stores based on the company's brand strategy and offline sales strategy; 2. Support the design and upgrade of offline showrooms SI standards; cooperate with the sales department to complete the sales network and control the quality of the space designs; 3. Design may include developing store design concepts for multiple retail formats including showrooms, centers, popup shops and exhibitions in multiple regions. Besides these the designer may assist or lead the design of other spaces including factories and offices for the company; 4. Complete the design tasks on time according to the tasks arranged by the manager and work towards improving the team's efficiency; 5.Oversee team task allocation, conduct performance evaluations, and refine workflows to improve overall efficiency and quality. 6. Leadership, creative thinking, problem solving skills, and an advocate for design integrity; 7. Respond quickly to changing business conditions, new design requirements, or material developments. May need to modify design strategy or use alternate materials in different regions; 8. Partner with construction, purchasing, visual merchandising, and store operations. Attend Brand meetings for visual and operational reviews to understand Brand requirements/needs; 9. Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost or design integrity; 10. Contributes to sales team goals by achieving target deliverables, elevating the store design and meeting all established deadlines and business goals. 职位要求 1.从事大型展览、空间设计5年以上经验，正规院校建筑、环艺、室内、展览、工业、美术等设计相关专业； 2.超凡卓越的技术创意能力，设计品位和艺术修养，熟悉最新国际视觉表现技术手段，能敏锐掌握设计趋势； 3.对终端店面商场设计、终端环境设计有较为深入的研究，具有前沿的设计思想、敏锐的色彩感觉及独到的方案设计理念、思路清晰，具有较高的专业技术知识水平，熟悉材料，熟悉国内设计施工规范、工艺流程、材料运用和成本分析； 4.准确把握设计方向与设计方案交付质量的监督与把控； 5.可协助上级独立完成空间设计工作，并具有良好的团队合作精神，有强烈的服务意识和传授知识、有优秀的职业操守，较强的组织协调与设计能力，勇于承受压力和接受挑战； 6.优秀的语言表达、沟通能力，有责任心； 7.熟练掌握3D Max、Sketchup、Autocad、Photoshop、Illustrator等制图及办公软件。 8.在大型设计院有工作经验，兼备甲方工作经验尤佳。 1. More than 5 years of experience in large-scale exhibition and space design, university major in architecture, environmental art, interior, exhibition, industry, art and other design related disciplines. Experience in retail, hospitality, commercial or restaurant design is a plus; 2. Excellent technical creativity, design taste and artistic accomplishment, familiar with the latest international retail design trends; 3. In-depth understanding of retail showrooms and shopping malls environment design, have cutting-edge design ideas, intuitive color sense and unique concept design ideas, high level of professional and technical knowledge, be familiar with materials, along with domestic design and construction specifications, material application and cost analysis; 4. Excellent language and communication skills, have a sense of responsibility and ownership of the project; with a desire to be a part of a high performance team; 5. Ability to use soft skills to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion and able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines; 6. Maintain knowledge of new materials and design techniques through industry publications and activity; 7. Able to independently function in a fast moving company with a mindful and proactive personality. Can work within a team structure with a positive attitude, excellent professional ethics, strong organizational coordination and design capabilities, and able to be effective in a challenging environment; 8. Proficient in 3D Max, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator and other drawing and office software.
